Shipping Information/ Track You Order

Want to track your order, or want to find out when it will ship or change the shipping details?

We only ship within Peninsular Malaysia. We do not ship to remote islands. Order delivering to other countries will be cancelled automatically.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and verification. An expected shipment dates given to customer on items are approximate. We do not guarantee on time delivery.  Any item that is damaged in transit will need to be claimed with the shipping carrier for insurance. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Your order will be delivered based on the shipping method chosen during check out.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If the delivered product is defective or damaged, please contact us at 03-9200 5535 or email us at support@woohooracing.com.my within 7 days upon receipt for additional information on how return an item.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new or unused condition.

Refund amount will be the amount paid minus shipping fees.

We do not make any of the products sold and therefore there are no warranties written or otherwise expressed by Woohoo Racing. We will act as an agent on your behalf to claim on your warranty with the maker if an item is thought to be defective.

Any item that is defective will be fully exchanged and customer will not be responsible for return shipping fees. If the order is free of errors, customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways when returning or requesting for an exchange.

Depending on the mode of payment you’ve selected upon transaction, you will be offered mode of refund based on your payment mode.
